Following the new Pierre Hermé’s opening in Selfridges and on the occasion of Easter, I had the chance to be invited to try his limited collection in the boutique in London.
I have to admit, I am not a big fan of chocolat, and yet I discovered amazing favours with chocolates coming from Madagascar, Peru, Caribbean or Brasil. Discovered during his travels, these chocolates are just incredible as well as his fabulous macaroons. And with Pierre Hermé, it is not only about taste, it is also about beauty. Even if Easter is finished, I wanted to share with you the beautiful creations, it’s all about art:
During my visit in the Belgravia boutique, I had the chance to taste unbelievable mixture such as the very nice Fetish Satine collection, a mix between cream cheese, orange and passion. Unfortunately, the collection is not available anymore but you can try the new one as per the monthly collection, Les Jardins. Each month, Pierre Hermé creates a new experience between flavour and color. This month, you can discover Jardin Mystérieux which, as per its name, is a recipe whose only Pierre Hermé knows the secret.
The only way to find out? Go to the boutique in Belgravia or Selfridges to discover this delicious treat.
