Alors, ce n'est peut être pas une nouveauté pour tout le monde mais je n'en avais jamais entendu parlé avant de le voir dans la liste des meilleurs burgers de Londres sur le TimeOut. Il en existe 2 à Londres; le premier a été ouvert à Brixton et son petit frère se trouve au coeur de Soho.
It might not be a breaking news for everybody but I hadn't heard about this place before seeing it in the list of the London best burgers in TineOut. There are 2 in London; the first one was opened in Brixton and the most recent in the heart of Soho.

Le menu est assez simple: burger beef, burger cheese, burger honest, burger poulet ou fritter.
Après l'avoir testé pas mal de fois, je peux le dire, il est pour moi un des meilleurs burgers a Londres, pour ne pas dire le meilleur. Les frites, saupoudrées d'herbes de provence, sont delicieuses et bien croustillantes. Le prix est pas mal aussi puisque le burger+frites est à £8!

Seul bémol, le temps pour avoir une table, surtout weekend. Le mieux est d'y aller un peu en avance, s'inscrire sur la liste d'attente et aller boire un verre dans le coin.
Only drawback, the time to get a table, specially during the weekend. The best is to go there in advance, sign up on the waiting list and go to have a drink in Soho area.

Je suis aussi une fan de burgers, j'en ai testé plusieurs sur Londres (http://ohmypetitpois.blogspot.fr/search/label/A%20table) et je suis complètement d'accord, c'est de loin le meilleur burger que j'ai goûté jusqu'à présent! L'attente pour avoir une table en vaut largement la peine!
